ULTRA SEAL PF SERIES/TWO COMPONENT POLYURETHANE FOAM SYSTEMS

Ultra Seal PF Series is a self contained, portable two-component polyurethane foam dispensing system that requires no outside power source and is disposable when empty (consult local authorities for it proper disposal). All Ultra Seal PF Series materials have been formulated utilizing either HCFCs or HFCs rather than traditional CFCs. HCFCs are 20 times less hazardous to the environment or the Earth’s ozone layer than CFCs . Ultra Seal PF Series tickets are supplied complete with gun a hose assembly and Standard spray (NS ) nozzles. Special purpose nozzles are available as optional (see accessories below).

FEATURES AND TYPICAL USES:
Ultra Seal PF Series is intended for use as foamed-in-place insulating air barrier sealant for air leakage control and insulation of gaps, cracks, cavities and joints in the building envelope. This includes door and window perimeters, roof /wall intersections, and the sealing of mechanical, electrical and plumbing penetrations occurring in walls, floors, ceilings, attics and it roofs. Industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential. Interior or exterior, over most surfaces. New construction or renovation. Ultra Seal PF Series has been use in the following areas or industries: Construction, Roofing, Transportation, Cold Storage, Marine / Flotation, Mining, Pool / Spa, HVAC, Asbestos Abatement, Petro-Chemical, Aerospace, Power Utilities, Telecommunications, Radon Mitigation, Processing, Plants, Theatrical, Renovation.

SURFACE PREPARATION AND APPLICATION:
Every purchase of a Ultra Seal kit includes “Operating Instructions” A Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) is available upon request. We all information and cautions before using Ultra Seal PF Series. “Operating Instructions” including information on operation, troubleshooting, yield, application tips, quality control, curing, storage, disposal, first-aid, and it similar information. Limitations: Not intended for use in applications where temperatures exceed 121°C (250°F). Must be shielded from ultraviolet radiation.

INSTALLATION:
For best results, remove any loose debris, third, dust or other deleterious material from surfaces. Also estresults are obtained when chemical temperatures, atmospheric and cavity temperatures are 75°F (2°C). Every Ultra Seal kit is self-contained and ready to use. Kits are factory pressurized and require no outside power source. With its convenient dispensing design , Ultra Seal simplifies set-up in use. Typically a Ultra Seal kit consists of one “A” and one “B” cylinder in one carton plus hose assembly and accessories.

CAUTIONS:
Avoid contact with eyes and skin. ALWAYS wear protective eyewear, gloves and clothing when operating. Use only with adequate ventilation or NIOSH-certified respiratory protection . In on ventilated areas DO NOT remove respirator for at LEAST 15 minutes after use. CONTENTS UNDER PRESSURE. To avoid explosion or fire, DO NOT puncture or incinerate. DO NOT expose cylinders to temperatures above 120°F (49°C). The foam produced is combustible. DO NOT exposed to heat, sparks or open flame. This product is NOT intended for use in applications where temperatures exceed 250°F (121°C). Store at temperatures between 60°F and 80°F (16°C and 27°C).
Note: Avoid and overfilling restricted spaces. Chemicals exert force during reaction and an uncontrolled expansion of foam may result, spraying you and the work area.
Building Codes: The use of this product may be restricted or prohibited in certain areas by local building codes covering the use of cellular plastics. ALWAYS check local code(s) before using product.

SPECIFICATIONS:
Ultra Seal PF Series 2 component polyurethane foam systems have been tested to a wide variety of ASTM standards.Ultra Seal PF Series 1.75-25FS MSHA also conforms to Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA ) surface flame spread requirement ASTM E-162 (flame spread index of 25 or less). These tests do not purport to address all the safety problems, if any associated with its use. Warning: The foam produced by Nuco is organic and combustible and may constitute a fire hazard if improperly used.

PACKAGING AND COLOURS:
Special purpose nozzles are available such as for high output, low output caulking applications with various patterns. Spare or replacement parts may also be ordered separately e.g. standard spray nozzles, gun-hoze assemblies etc..
